• When is the NIA Summit 2027?

  The Summit takes place April 1–5, 2027, with optional early bird activities on March 31, 2027.

• Where will the Summit be held?

  The event will be hosted aboard the Carnival Breeze.

• Do I need a passport to go on this cruise?

  We strongly recommend traveling with a valid passport. While some closed-loop cruises may allow alternative documentation, having a passport is the safest and most reliable option in case of delays, emergencies, or unexpected itinerary changes.

• When should my passport expire?

  Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. If your passport is close to expiring, renew it well in advance.

• What documents will I need to board the ship?

  You will need your cruise boarding documents and a valid government-issued ID (passport recommended). Be sure all documents match your reservation exactly.

• How early should I arrive before departure?

  Plan to arrive in the departure city no later than March 31, 2027. This gives you time for early activities and avoids any risk of missing embarkation due to travel delays.

• What happens if I miss the ship?

  The ship will not wait for late arrivals. If you miss embarkation, you are responsible for catching up at the next port (if possible) at your own expense. Arriving early is highly recommended.

• What can I bring onboard?

  You can bring standard luggage, clothing, toiletries, and personal items. Cruise lines also allow limited quantities of certain beverages and personal items, but policies vary. We recommend reviewing Carnival’s official guidelines before packing.

  Cell service is limited at sea and international roaming charges can be high. We recommend using airplane mode and connecting to ship Wi-Fi if needed.

• What should I pack?

  Yes. The experience is designed to balance structured Summit activities with time to enjoy the ship and connect with others.
